Overview
A person can live without food for weeks, without water for days, but without oxygen, just a matter of minutes. Today’s world is stacked against us, with known toxic chemicals in the air we breathe, the foods we eat, and the water we drink, not to mention the ill effects of the bombarding from electromagnetic radiation, mycotoxins from mold, infections, and the adverse effects of medications. Health Thought for the Day: Much of our understanding of how chemical molecules, such as hormones and neurotransmitters, function is now being recognized as a matter of proximity (transmitting their influence and information via light and vibrations through the crystalline matrix of the body) rather than actual physical contact of the hormone in the classic “lock and key” explanation we have used for years.
